Key Responsibilities
- Employee Loans Management: Manage the full lifecycle for all employee loan programs (e.g., House Building Loan, PF loans, other loans). This includes policy application, eligibility checks, approval routing, documentation, disbursement readiness, and repayment schedules.
- Payroll Governance & Controls: Perform maker-checker validations for all payroll inputs (earnings, allowances, adjustments). Ensure cut-off readiness and maintain exception logs.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee enrollments and changes for health/insurance/other benefits. Respond to employee queries with timely and professional communication.
- Review Cycles & Benchmarking: Prepare consolidated data packs for job evaluation, banding, and salary reviews. Run structured benchmarking comparisons and analyze financial impacts.
- Policy & Communication: Keep all C&SOPs, policies, and FAQs (especially for loans) current. Draft clear communications on timelines and updates.
- Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure all C&B and loan files are audit-ready with proper checklists, approvals, and logs. Support internal/external reviews and close observations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/HRM/Public Administration or a related field (Undergrad in Business preferred). Must be from a UGC-approved university with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA.
Skills & Expertise
- Analytics & Tools: Advanced Excel/Sheets is mandatory (lookup/index-match, pivots, Power Query/Power Pivot, clean data modelling).
- HRIS: Familiarity with HRIS/payroll modules.
- BI (Preferred): Exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) is preferred.
- Process Discipline: A strong governance mindset with meticulous document control and reproducible workflows.
- Compliance: High standard of confidentiality/data privacy; working knowledge of Bangladesh payroll practices and taxation.
- Communication: Clear writing and presentation skills (Bangla & English).
