Key Responsibilities
The Executive will be responsible for supporting two key areas of Human Resources:
Training & Development (T&D):
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate all logistics for internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and MIS; evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback.
- Support the development of e-learning modules and other digital learning tools.
- Monitor and report on employee development and progress.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating with hiring managers for interviews.
- Develop and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain all recruitment databases and update recruitment MIS.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in campus recruitment activities.
General HR Support:
- Ensure all recruitment and training activities are compliant with Bangladesh labor laws and internal policies.
- Provide administrative support for HR documentation and reporting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Skills & Expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Bengali).
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience Required
- At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant area (HR & Admin, with a focus on T&D and Recruitment).
