Responsibilities & Context
As a front-line team member, the Sales Associate’s primary role is to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and professionally upon entry.
- Needs Assessment: Actively engage with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Assistance & Recommendation: Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise, and provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations.
- Sales Maximization: Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and meet team goals.
- Transaction Processing: Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to maintain the store’s appearance and collectively achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum educational requirement is H.S.C.
