Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Teacher’s role encompasses instruction, student development, and institutional coordination. Your primary duties will include:
I. Teaching and Curriculum Management:

Ensure effective and systematic knowledge delivery across assigned subjects (Bengali, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology).

Strictly follow the government or education board’s stipulated Curriculum and complete the syllabus on time.

II. Student Personal Development:

Act as a counselor to students, providing advice and assistance with academic or personal problems.

Adjust teaching methods to suit the learning styles, weaknesses, and strengths of individual students.
III. Institutional and Environment Management:
