Important Advice: The designation “Up to SEO” indicates that the final title and grade will be determined based on your experience and qualifications. A candidate with more than 7 years of relevant experience, a master’s degree, and strong skills in data analytics and reporting might be offered a higher-grade position, such as Senior Officer or even Senior Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Report Development & Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS/Case reports for regulatory, management, and operational needs.
Data Integrity & Security: Monitor, analyze, and validate data from various banking systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain data security, confidentiality, and integrity in all MIS functions.
Automation & Efficiency: Design and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the timely submission of accurate reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with compliance reporting and regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate with different business units to understand their reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Strategic Support: Prepare periodic dashboards, performance reports, and trend analysis for senior management and the Board to support decision-making.
Digital Transformation: Support the implementation of digital initiatives, BI tools, and analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Master’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for Law, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields from a reputed university.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of professional experience, with at least one year of relevant experience in MIS/BI/analytics within a bank, NBFI, or a reputable corporate institution.
Skills: Practical experience in database management, data modeling, automation of reports, and Bangla typing.
Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. The capability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel. Practical experience with data management and automation tools.
Analytical Skills: The ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business units and presenting findings to management.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with banking software systems and a deep understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.

Experience Required
