Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, quality control, output management, and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Maintenance & Procurement: Ensure the maintenance of all plant and equipment. Manage the procurement of raw materials and inputs, most of which are imported.
• People & Resource Management: Handle the management of labor and staff, as well as the stores.
